I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today, as we gather together to seek His face, let us meditate upon the unsearchable riches of Christ.
In Ephesians 3:8, the apostle Paul writes, "To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ." (ESV) This verse reminds us that Christ's riches are beyond our understanding and comprehension. No matter how much we search, we will never fully grasp the depth of His love and grace.
As we go about our daily lives, it is easy to become distracted by the cares and worries of this world. We may forget that our true treasure is found in Christ alone. But let us not lose sight of the fact that He is our greatest treasure, and that His love for us is beyond anything we can imagine.
In Colossians 2:3, we read, "In [Christ] are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." (ESV) This means that everything we need to know about God and His plan for our lives is found in Christ. We do not need to search any further than Him.
So, my dear brothers and sisters, let us fix our eyes on Christ today. Let us seek His face and His will for our lives. Let us remember that His love for us is unsearchable, and that His grace is sufficient for us.
May the peace of Christ be with you all.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the unsearchable riches of Christ. Help us to fix our eyes on Him today, and to seek His face and His will for our lives. May we never forget that He is our greatest treasure, and that His love for us is beyond our understanding. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
