I greet you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Today, as we gather to seek the face of God, let us meditate on the unsearchable riches of Christ.
Our Scripture passage for today is Ephesians 3:8-9, which says, "To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to bring to light for everyone what is the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things."
These verses remind us of the great privilege we have been given to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. The riches of Christ are indeed unsearchable, for they are beyond our comprehension. They are not limited to material wealth or earthly possessions, but they encompass the fullness of God's grace, love, and mercy.
As we reflect on these riches, let us not forget that they are not ours to hoard, but to share with others. Just as Christ poured out His life for us, so we are called to pour out our lives for others. We are to be conduits of God's grace, shining His light in a dark world.
So, dear friends, let us be faithful stewards of the gospel. Let us preach the unsearchable riches of Christ with boldness and conviction, knowing that His grace is sufficient for all our needs. And may we always remember that it is not by our own strength or wisdom that we can accomplish anything, but by the power of the Holy Spirit working in us.
As we go forth into the world today, let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, thank You for the unsearchable riches of Christ. May we be faithful stewards of Your grace, sharing Your love and mercy with all whom we encounter. Empower us by Your Spirit to preach the gospel with boldness and conviction. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
