Jesus frequently employed parables, such as the parable of the sower, to explain the varied responses to his message [11]. These stories often present surprising or evocative imagery to highlight contrasts, like the vast difference between the small beginnings of the Kingdom of God and its glorious culmination, encouraging patience among disciples [15]. For instance, the parable of the prodigal son illustrates the grace of the gospel, while the parable of the rich man and Lazarus serves as a warning about the wrath to come, intended to awaken those who are complacent in sin [13].
