Human Examples in Scripture Illustrating God's Character
The Bible presents various human examples that illustrate aspects of God's character, often highlighting qualities that believers are called to emulate. A foundational concept is that humanity was created in God's image (Genesis 1:27), implying a capacity to reflect divine attributes [7, 9, 13].
One prominent example is Jesus Christ, who perfectly embodies God's character. He demonstrated humility (Matthew 11:29; John 13:14-15; Philippians 2:5-8), holiness (Hebrews 7:26; 1 Peter 2:21-22), and devotedness to God's will (John 4:34; 17:4) [2, 4, 6].
