Gift of Eternal Life in Christ through Salvation
Eternal life is presented in the New Testament as a gift from God, received through salvation in Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul states in Romans 6:23, "For the compensation due sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" [1].
