Using Biblical Examples to Illustrate Spiritual Disciplines
The Bible provides numerous examples of individuals who practiced spiritual disciplines, offering models for believers today. These examples often highlight the importance of diligence, self-denial, and seeking God.
Diligence is a spiritual discipline exemplified throughout scripture. Christ himself demonstrated diligence, rising early to pray (Mark 1:35) and being found in his Father's house (Luke 2:49) [3].
